Children’s and Student Divisions
Fill out the registration form, both sides, and class selection form. Return the forms to the New Haven Ballet office with the $35 registration fee and tuition payment. The full tuition is due prior to the first class. To arrange for a payment plan, please call the business manager at 203-782-9038.

New students New students should call the office prior to registration to confirm their proper class placement. Once you have registered for classes, you are responsible for the full tuition for the term (17 weeks).
Former students may also register for classes on-line but only with full payment.
All students must fill out and sign the paper registration form prior to the first class. Students who are registered for the Fall Term are automatically enrolled in the Winter/Spring Term so that they can maintain their place in class.
Parents should notify the office if they are not enrolling their child for the Winter/Spring Term which begins Jan. 30, 2012. Reminder notices will be sent out in December and early January.
Open Division
Open Division students may also register and pay for classes and class cards at their class with cash or check. Credit card payments can only be processed at the Audubon Street office or on-line.
