Please see me as soon as possible if you are not able to
perform in the cast you have been assigned to.

Please see me as soon as possible if you cannot commit to
rehearsals.

If you miss 3 (THREE) rehearsals without prior approval
from me, you may not be in the show (and Rudi will be upset).

All other cast lists will be available soon.

Production Week rehearsals begin Saturday, May 14.

Additional times will be set for costume fittings. I will
let you know the times as early as possible.

PERFORMANCE FEES

The
performance fees have been altered from those listed for the Spring
Show/School Show in the 2004/05 Handbook.
·
The new
performance fees are:

One fee
covers both the 20th Anniversary Performance and the Discover
Dance productions.

Please
ensure that you have paid your Performance Fee at the NHB Office before
Production Week of May 14.

If you are
in more than one level, please pay the fee for the highest level class you
are registered in.
·
You only pay
one fee. For example, if you are in Tap 3 and Ballet 4 and Jazz 5, you only
pay the fee for Jazz 5.
·
Please ask
at the office if you are unsure which fee to pay.

BEFORE YOU
SAY ANYTHING…
·
Spring Vacation
is listed in the 2004/05 Handbook as Sunday, April 17 until Sunday, April
24.
·
I have
scheduled rehearsals during the spring vacation.
·
We cannot
afford to miss two weekends leading up to the Spring Show.
·
You will not
be penalized if you cannot make these rehearsals (but Rudi might be).
·
Please sign
the Spring Vacation – I Won’t Be Here sheet
if you CANNOT attend your rehearsals on Sunday April 17, Saturday April 23
or Sunday April 24.
·
I may need
to schedule additional mid-week rehearsals if many of you are not available.
·
Observation Week
is listed in the 2004/05 Handbook as Monday, May 9 to Saturday, May 14.
